Project Overview

The assignment aimed to assess the compliance of a draft secondary regulation on joint cross-border capacity allocation with the EU acquis, including the Harmonised Allocation Rules and other relevant European legislation.

The objective was to identify gaps, inconsistencies and improvement areas, and to provide structured recommendations to ensure alignment with EU regulatory requirements while incorporating applicable good practices.
