A comprehensive technical and strategic assessment was conducted to support the implementation of a robust Asset Information Strategy (AIS) for enterprise-wide digital and IT alignment. Services included IT governance and operating model design, enterprise architecture and data standardization advisory, as well as cloud, data management, and cybersecurity framework development. Integration blueprint design and pilot implementation were also delivered, alongside a scalable digital transformation roadmap and implementation-oriented reporting.

The assignment focused on establishing a governance and implementation framework to ensure consistent, high-quality asset information management across the organization. Work included evaluating system architecture, defining standardized data models, and aligning digital solutions with enterprise IT strategy. Key limiting factors and potential implementation risks were assessed to inform practical recommendations for phased deployment.

The project concluded with detailed technical and strategic recommendations, supported by draft and final reports and a bilingual stakeholder presentation to facilitate informed decision-making.
