Support for the implementation of a national Capacity Remuneration Mechanism (CRM), focusing on defining operational rules, stakeholder engagement, and development of IT tools to facilitate auctions and capacity management in line with EU regulations.

Developed functioning rules of the CRM, including general provisions, service time schedules, prequalification, auction processes, capacity contracts, pre-delivery control, availability obligations, liability, force majeure, dispute settlement, and cross-border participation.
Managed public consultations and stakeholder engagement to ensure broad alignment and regulatory compliance.
Addressed competition law considerations in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2019/943.
Defined business requirements, IT specifications, and supported development of auction clearing modules and other IT tools.
Managed IT development in a product owner capacity.
