Project Scope:
Strategic advisory support for the development and phased implementation of a Grid Code for a future 100% renewable-based power system (targeting ~110 TWh wind and PV annually). The assignment focused on designing a structured roadmap for the initial Grid Code release, considering the transition from reliance on the national grid toward a fully autonomous system.

The project combined regulatory review, strategic advisory, and governance framework development to ensure a robust, future-proof Grid Code aligned with evolving system conditions and stakeholder needs.

• Regulatory Review & Technical Assessment
• Conducted comprehensive review and consolidation of the draft Grid Code, technical rules, licenses, standards, and legislative documents.
• Identified regulatory gaps, inconsistencies, transition risks, and technical shortcomings.
• Proposed targeted recommendations, including mechanisms such as derogations and phased or retroactive application of technical requirements.
• Assessed the impact of transition measures on stakeholders and system development scenarios.
