Project Scope:
Support in the development of comprehensive technical regulations (Grid Code) governing the management, access, and connection to low-, medium-, high-, and very high-voltage electricity networks. The assignment also included drafting a model network access and connection contract aligned with national legislative and regulatory frameworks.

Conducted information-gathering missions and consultations with key electricity sector stakeholders, including government authorities, transmission and distribution operators, concessionaires, and industrial consumers.
2. Regulatory & Framework Analysis
Analyzed the existing legislative, regulatory, and contractual framework of the electricity market.
Assessed currently applicable rules related to network access and connection across LV, MV, HV, and VHV networks.
3. Drafting of Technical Regulations & Model Contract
Performed a critical review of existing access and connection contracts with network managers and distributors.
