Project Scope:
Support to executive management in defining a forward-looking strategic plan in response to evolving energy sector dynamics. The project focused on identifying and assessing global trends, developing future scenarios, defining short-term actions, and establishing strategic initiatives to strengthen organizational resilience and readiness.

• Assessed global trends impacting the national energy sector and selected the most relevant drivers for strategic consideration.

• Quantified key trends and developed plausible future scenarios.

• Defined short-term actions and supported the formulation of strategic initiatives.

• Facilitated strategic planning workshops and structured the overall planning methodology.

• Delivered training sessions and knowledge transfer on strategic planning practices of a Transmission System Operator (TSO).

• Coached the project team to enable internal ownership and future repetition of the strategic planning exercise.
