We recently had the privilege of visiting Georgia and meeting with the CEO of the Georgian State Electrosystem (GSE), the Chairman the Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission, and the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia. We also had a very productive meeting with local private companies, who are crucial in the clean energy transition. Our discussions centered around Georgia’s strategic importance in fostering energy security and sustainability, its role as a critical bridge between Europe and Asia, and Georgia’s ambitious renewable energy goals.

We believe in strengthening the ties between Georgia and Europe through cross-border transmission infrastructure. Enhancing interconnectivity paves the way for efficient power exchange, grid stability, and the seamless integration of renewable energy sources.
