EGI is honoured to take part in the upcoming State Visit to Vietnam, led by Their Majesties the King and the Queen of Belgium, at the invitation of H.E. Luong Cuong, President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
As part of the official economic delegation, EGI will engage with key Vietnamese stakeholders to explore opportunities for collaboration on the Energy Transition and Vietnam’s ambitious path toward Net Zero. Our participation reflects EGI’s commitment to supporting sustainable energy systems and accelerating decarbonisation through international partnerships.
The royal visit will also include the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the ministers-presidents of the Communities and Regions, and representatives from the academic world. The programme will feature a series of diplomatic, economic, and cultural engagements in Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Ho Chi Minh City—highlighting 50 years of strong diplomatic ties between Belgium and Vietnam.
